Age Restrictions

We sell age-restricted items including alcohol, cigarettes, DVDs, knives, aerosols, razor blades and lottery tickets via our website/app. We operate a Challenge 25 policy in our store, which means that if the person collecting or receiving delivery of age-restricted items is deemed to be under 25, we will request photo identification, such as a driving license or passport to prove they are over the age of 18.

If proof of age or an alternative adult with proof of age (if requested) is not available, we may retain the age-restricted items. At our discretion, we may also remove the age-restricted items and hand over the remainder of your goods. We shall refund you for any age-restricted items that were refused for delivery or collected back.

Product Information

Images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. The packaging of the product may vary from that shown in images on our website/app (print, PMP, or sizes of products shown on image).

We make reasonable efforts to ensure all information on the website for the goods is correct although we cannot guarantee this. We do not accept any liability for any incorrect information contained on the website/app. Please check the labels and packaging of all goods prior to consumption or use.

Allergy Information

If you have any allergies, you agree that it’s your responsibility to always check the label of purchased items before consumption or use.

Discounts, Coupons, and Vouchers

If you are a registered Member of Punchbowl Store online app and website, you will earn rewards when using your Member account and placing an order via the website or app. You will receive discount coupons and vouchers from time to time as a reward for being a loyal customer.

If you received such coupons or vouchers from us, you can use those Punchbowl Store vouchers or coupons when placing an order on the website or app.

Cancel or Changes to Your Order

After an order is placed, we are not obligated to accept amendments or cancellations. However, we will be willing to do so as long as the order has not already left the premises. It is recommended you contact us if you would like to request a cancellation or amendment to your order.

Return an Item You Purchased

You can change your mind and return your items for any reason within 30 days after the delivery or collection date for an exchange or refund.

Please be aware that we cannot accept change-of-mind returns of vegetables, meat, fresh food, chilled, frozen products, gift cards, e-top-ups, lottery tickets, and scratch cards. CDs and DVDs cannot be returned once they have left the premises or been delivered.

We also cannot accept change-of-mind returns on certain products due to health and hygiene reasons such as:

To notify us that you wish to return your order, please contact us within 30 days after the delivery or collection date and return the item with your proof of purchase to our store where you purchased it. If your refund is approved, you will get your refund within 10 working days.

Delivery/Collection Times

All delivery or collection times are estimates only. We do not guarantee that the order will be delivered or ready for collection by the quoted time.

Delivery Charge and Handling Charges

In addition to the price, a delivery charge may be payable by you. If applicable, this will be displayed to you before you place your order.

In addition to the price and delivery charge, you will be charged a small handling charge for the use of our service. There will be no partial refunds for this service charge in the event some items are unavailable or not accepted. In the event your order is cancelled or refunded in its entirety, the handling charge will also be refunded.

Price Marked Products / Pricing

The price of the item(s) you order will be the price on the Punchbowl Store website/app at the time you place or amend your order. If a new price or promotion is in place after your order — for example, a multi-buy offer, price reduction, or percentage off advertised on the packaging — these prices and promotions will not be applied to your existing order.

Substitutions / Out of Stock Items

Punchbowl Store will always endeavor to provide the products you ordered. Where a product is no longer in stock, we may choose to substitute that product with an alternative.

Any substitutions made will be highlighted on the receipt. Please check your receipt on delivery/collection and confirm you are happy with the substituted items. If you are unhappy with any of the items, they can be returned to the driver and you will receive a refund or not be charged.
