Return an Item You Purchased

You can change your mind and return your items for any reason within 30 days after the delivery or collection date for an exchange or refund.

Please be aware that we cannot accept change-of-mind returns of vegetables, meat, fresh food, chilled, frozen products, gift cards, e-top-ups, lottery tickets, and scratch cards. CDs and DVDs cannot be returned once they have left the premises or been delivered.

We also cannot accept change-of-mind returns on certain products due to health and hygiene reasons such as:

• Goods with a ‘use by’, ‘best before’ or ‘BBE’ date which has expired
• Goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons once unwrapped, unpackaged, or unsealed, such as:
  • Sealed food products
  • Sealed drink products
  • Personal grooming products
  • Medicines
  • Body jewellery
  • Certain items of clothing and certain baby products
  • Newspapers and magazines

To notify us that you wish to return your order, please contact us within 30 days after the delivery or collection date and return the item with your proof of purchase to our store where you purchased it. If your refund is approved, you will get your refund within 10 working days.
